"Talking Black in America"

The Paddison Memorial Branch invites you to a free screening of the documentary film "Talking Black in America." This documentary chronicles the incredible impact of African American English on American language and culture. Filmed across the U.S., this documentary is a revelation of language as legacy, identity and triumph over adversity. A brief Q&A session with one of the film's producers will follow.
