Enjoy a Tea Talk with Ms. Kelly Starling-Lyons

Join us on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 as Ms. Kelly Starling-Lyons speaks about her inspiration to become a children's book author at the Carver Road Branch Library from 4-5 pm.

Ms. Starling-Lyons will read her book ,Tea Cakes for Tosh, and discuss her experience as an author on Tuesday, February 6 from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Rural Hall Branch Library. Afterwards, tea and cookies will be served.
