How to Obtain a PIN
The Library PIN is your personal identification number and is associated with the Online Catalog.
The PIN is used to verify your library account, along with your library card number. Then you can request items, renew
items you have checked out, and check your library account screen for passwords to use library resources from home.
Your Library PIN is 4 digits of your choice. To obtain a PIN for your account, you may visit or call any Forsyth County
Public Library location. You may also request a PIN by e-mail using this form. You MUST have your library card number
(the number below the barcode on the back of your library card).
If you forget your PIN, proper identification is required to look up or reset your PIN.
