Rain will overspread the area through the day Thursday as low pressure continues to deepen and ride along the SE coast. A well defined upper level low will continue to move slowly eastward making weather conditions unsettled for the next few days. Particle pollution levels fell as a maritime air mass influenced the area. Levels are expected to remain in the GREEN range as abundant rain and moisture combined with a NE flow mitigate higher levels. Conditions will improve by later in the weekend with sunny skies returning on Sunday. Good mixing will still keep particle pollution levels GREEN. (REAGAN)
