C.A.N.V.A.S. (Community Animal Nuisance Viable Abatement Services)
 CANVAS is a partnership program to proactively address animal nuisances in complexes
such as apartment buildings or mobile home parks. The program provides dedicated
Animal Control Officers for contact and response to the unique issues of complexes.
Coordination and direction of volunteers to humanely trap alter, remove nuisance
cats. Resources to assist low income families obtain financial assistance with the
expenses associated with responsible pet ownership.
